A merged set of pics I generated hoping for some help in identifying this species. Is this a hybrid planted in the Mount Whitney area or a true golden trout?

Thurnhof

The also listed court Thurnhof (later seat of Simmering brewery) at the Mautner-Markhof alley 40 documentarily was first mentioned around 1405. From 1605 on, beer was brewed in Thurnhof. 1677 the Thurnhof passed into the possession of Himmelpfort (Pearly gates) monastery in Vienna, 1783, to the Administration of State Properties. 1821 bought brewmaster Georg Meichl the yard and had there, inter alia, produced the popular Märzen beer (March beer). From 1870, the brewery through marriage passed into the possession of later known throughout Old Austria Schwechat brewers family Dreher. 1913 merged the Wiener Dreher Brewery with the St. Marx brewery of also in brewing industry active Family Mautner-Markhof. 1930 Simmering brewery was shut down.

Der ebenfalls unter Denkmalschutz stehende Thurnhof (später Sitz der Simmeringer Brauerei) an der Mautner-Markhof-Gasse 40 wurde urkundlich erstmals um 1405 erwähnt. Ab 1605 wurde im Thurnhof Bier gebraut. 1677 ging der Thurnhof in den Besitz des Himmelpfortklosters in Wien über, 1783 an die Staatsgüteradministration. 1821 kaufte Braumeister Georg Meichl den Hof und ließ dort u. a. das beliebte Märzenbier herstellen. Ab 1870 ging die Brauerei durch Heirat in den Besitz der später in ganz Altösterreich bekannten Schwechater Brauerfamilie Dreher über. 1913 fusionierte die Wiener Dreher-Brauerei mit der St. Marxer Brauerei der ebenfalls im Brauereigewerbe tätigen Familie Mautner-Markhof. 1930 wurde die Simmeringer Brauerei stillgelegt.
