Memory Box - Vivienne Butterfly Die
Technique Tuesday - Loving Words Stamp Set
This card is liked to two different challenges and also the Simon Says Flickr challenge SSSflickrchallenge#76. I have used the Uplifting Thoughts stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. More details on my blog: www.patitudes.blogspot.com/2017/07/spread-kindness.html
I made this card for the Simon Says Challenge, Pearls and Lace. I chose to make a paper lace using a Friskars punch. This paper lace looks very similar to the lace my mom used to sew with when I was young, it is a really simple style. I used pearls to accent the flower vine. I was trying to create a simple, clean looking card. It looks better in person than in the photo.
Stamps: Memory Box Vine Border D1322, Memory Box Just A Note B1053
Paper: Memory Box Enchanted
Embellishments: Memory Box Pearls Frost Blue
Notecard: Memory Box Kraft
Here is the finished piece. Iridecent tiles with pearl beads, silver beads and poly clay heart. Doing this for Merlot really helped the healing process.
I would love if Judith could work her magic using Picasa to make the photo look better.

TFL!
Using the negative pieces from the Memory Box dies I used for this card. I stuck the leftover pieces onto some white card and trimmed and added to the card base. My holly is a Kaisercraft stamp coloured with Copics. I added Glossy accents (not quite dry when I took the photo) to the berries.
Your wedding day is already super-special - you are joining two lives together! This cake stand can be a commemorative item for you, because it also dubs as a memory box!

LOVE this card--it was inspired by several cards that I've seen on the www (esp. by Maile Belles).
You can read more about it here: savannahland2.blogspot.com/2011/12/paper-made-bakery-gues...
I used several elements from my Paper Made Bakery December kit!
THANKS for looking. Many blessings.
Random crap. I liked pez. I had cooler pez dispensers than these, but they must be somewhere else. Or thrown away.
I'll add notes to the photo to explain what everything is, for anyone who cares.
This was one of the few Archie Comic book jewelry/treasure/memory boxes I listed in my store, and it was sold right away. I used wood glue to attach these pictures to the box, and then sealed it with liquid laminate. I also painted the inside blue.
If you would be interested in buying something like this, I have a similar box in my store

Erik, from New Jersey, commissioned this special box for his new wife. It has hinges on the left and a flower on the right. Under the flower is an embedded piece of handmade paper (with real flower) printed with Casa de Piatra, which has meaning for Erik and his wife.
I grouted tonight, but pictures later. The leaves were a grout nightmare. I do not recommend these for mosaics. My husband actually used the sonic toothbrush to clean them. The tiles also had a lot of areas that needed to be cleaned with a pin. Will show completed pictures on Wednesday.
We enjoyed delicious cupcakes baked by Tracy Smith to help Mollie's Dream celebrate "National Cup Cake Day" - on February 25.
