I received this artpiece as a gift from sculptor Birgit Rehfeldt.
She crafted it in various sizes and my sample is about 8" tall.

the "large" red blob might be Devil's matchstick lichen / Cladonia floerkeana or similar and the others possibly Pixie Cup / Cladonia chlorophaea or similar. Dorset seaside dunes.
A tripod would have been a good idea here
