The northwest end terrace at North Street (a.k.a. the Impact Arena), home to Alfreton Town Football Club. Captured before a 2-0 Reds win - goals in the first seven minutes - over National League North rivals Farsley Celtic. The result extended to seven Alfreton's unbeaten home sequence, with just one defeat in 10, overall.

The old corrugated iron train shed has been put to good use since closure in 1972. Other buildings have been slotted in to the space beneathe overall roof.

For April's scavenger hunt. The new dishwasher works SOSOSO much better than the old one -- *and* it's got an Energy Star rating. It actually has a faux stainless finish, but came with this green protective film on it. It sort of goes with our multicolored Fiestaware, so we're going to keep it on till it starts peeling off on its own. Then we'll have another new appliance ;-).
