John Foreman was a promising young Olympic Decathlete who had competed in the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin but whose post-Olympic career was cut short by World War II. Once drafted, he was chosen by the US Army Research Office for his "superb physical structure" to be intensely trained to the pinnacle of human perfection both physically and mentally as part of Project "Super Soldier". John was in the metaphysical Project "Super Soldier" rather than the chemical and biological enhancements. It was a glorious success and John unleashed the maximum human potential ever quantified and thus was given the code name "Maximum Man" to reflect his human apex. He fought bravely during the War earning many accomodations for valor. After the War, John used his maximized anatamy, amazing Olympic-level athletic skills and mastery of the hand to hand combat for crimefighting. His perfect immune system and healing rate have extended his life to an indeterminate length and thus he continues to fight crime to this day.

Our mech models were inspired by Battletech, although with very few polygons. To show 4 mechs at the same time and some "architecture" we limited ourselves to less than 100 polygons per mech, effectively drawing at most 350 triangles.

we pigged out so bad. each table of 8 had a bowl like this, a boat (cooked food and more sushi). then we ordered a bunch of rolls, salads, and other stuff. and 2 cakes after all that! and, um, sapporo.
