Son nom est Jupiter 3, focale 50mm, ouverture maximum 1.5. Né dans les années 1950 en URSS. Verres Zeiss. Celui-ci a une monture pour pas de vis M39mm pour les appareils Leica, Zorki, Voigtländer, Pentax, etc. J’y ai ajouté une bague adaptatrice pour pas de vis M42mm et une autre bague adaptatrice par dessus le M42 pour appareil Canon Eos et enfin j’y ai ajouté une bague allonge macro, puis fixé le tout sur le Canon Eos 30D numérique. Le résultat sont les photos de fleurs de cette gallerie. Toutes ont été faites à main levée, tout manuel, diaphragme et vitesse.
Et puis un charme fou dans son habit d’aluminium avec son air suranné, pas fini, mal dégrossi. Quand je le mets au bout du 30D je le vois à peine, j’ai un peu de mal à trouver les bagues de mise au point et de diaphragme, mais quand je colle l’œil dans la visé, netteté faite, me parvient une image que tout photographe espère voir. Et alors je suis heureux, je crois que j’ai du talent, je retiens mon souffle, le temps se suspend, j’appuie sur le bouton. Clic, clac. Merci Jupiter 3. Mon ami magicien.

I spent more than five minutes trying to get this shot ... messing with exposure and camera orientation for MAXIMUM FLARE!! I positioned the light-colored flare over a dark-colored tree trunk for max contrast. Also shot wide-open which I reckon probably is the flariest way to do it. The Batman angle also helped in positioning. I dig the green color. I applied a gnarly S-curve in post to get the tone the way I wanted. Jpeg-only; no RAW. Cloudy white balance. Boosted saturation 10 percent or so in post.
