Max likes to get on top of the highest cupboard in the kitchen and watch what I’m doing. He’s quite happy to sit up there for a couple of hours if I’m busy. I just managed to capture this with my phone as he suddenly became aware of a pigeon on the bird-feeder.
2 of 3 individual images of the Max Rebo Band. Plain background with a spotlight shining right across him.
One of a series of poodle portraits that will be enlarged to 60"x60" for a client. Thanks to thetomer for help getting the correct lighting and methods. Taken w/ a 580 with a LQ SBIII to camera right.
Max was a rescued dog and comes from an abusive background. He has recovered nicely and although our first encounter was a little sketchy he quickly came around.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND COMMENT IF YOU FAVORITE
I had so much fun making my Road Warrior figures I decided that I'd make the cast of characters for my second favorite film in the franchise, the original Mad Max. Don't hate me putting this one before Fury Road, I just genuinely enjoyed it a tad bit more. I'm doing the movies in order of which I enjoyed them, so will be making the characters of that movie next, so stay tuned for those. Anyways, I hope that you all enjoyed. Thanks! -Michael

On a bright day, MAX livery can look very appealing. Here we see ARRIVA Buses Wales VDL Pulsar 2654 - CX07 CUH setting off from Rhyl on route 51 to Denbigh, Lenten Pool. Compare this shot to one of the same vehicle taken a few months ago:
So today is a terrible day, we had to say goodbye to my wonderful Max. I cannot begin to express how heartbroken I am. We climbed mountains together and had adventure after adventure. Love you son. xxxxxxxx

Finally got some of this, pretty much for decoration, keeping the ammo in the safe and the box out on display for giggles :)

Some interesting facts on English Setter for those that are interested:
There are two distinct types of English Setter.
The original field/hunting type (sometimes called the "Llewellin Setter") is smaller, with a broader, natural-looking head and much less hair. These dogs have strong hunting instincts and need vigorous exercise. The "bench" or "show" type of English Setter is quite tall, with a long narrow head and a profusion of silky hair that needs plenty of brushing and trimming. These dogs are more laid-back than field lines and are content with long daily walks and occasional running and fetching games.
Whatever their type, English Setters tend to be the mildest-mannered of the three setter breeds (English, Irish, and Gordon).
They are very sociable dogs who must not be left alone all day without the company of people or other pets, else destructiveness may result. English Setters have an obstinate streak that takes the form of resistance rather than wild disobedience. If pushed too hard, they'll simply brace their legs and refuse to walk. You must be persistent, but never heavy-handed.
English Setters have long memories, which means that once they learn something (whether right or wrong), they remember it. On the negative side, this means bad habits can be difficult to break.

Max enjoying the winter. He enjoys the colder weather which gives him a spring in his step and here he is at How Hill on the Woodland Walk....
I shot Max for the latest issue of Gay Times! You can see the full, clothing-optional shoot at gtdigi.co.uk
This is Max ( Mad Max ) at his craziest taken this afternoon in the garden, he has a habit of laying flat on his belly with all four legs spread out as if someone has squashed him and we have never seen any cat (or any other animal) do this, and He may look tough but he is a scaredy cat at heart !SOOC!
Mad Max is part of a community started project in the great southern of Western Australia.
The Highway is a dynamic route with an ever changing face with new machines being added frequently. Running along the Broomehill-Gnowangerup Road and through to the Stirling Range National Park along the Formby South, there is plenty of tractors on display!
