Or Max the comfy. He deserves it: He lost part of an ear in a fight. Thankfully, his life is now more peaceful. Max is a Mackerel Tabby.
This is Max, an 8 week week old Lhaso apso puppy. My daughter and a friend rescued him. This poor little guy was being given speed for kicks, by its owner. Max is just as sweet as his namesake :-)
French Bulldog, year and a half old. We lost our little Bichon Frise last summer after 16 years. He is miss greatly but also grateful for Max joining our family. These are such beautiful dogs with lovely characteristics. They follow like Velcro, are a little mischievous and will go from “Stranger Danger” to “I Love You” in two point three seconds. They are clean dogs with no undercoat so you don’t get shedding but they hate the cold. We get - 40c in the winter so he limits his time outside during the cold weather. A very sweat and loving little animal with a beautiful temperament and characteristics. He is a lilac version of French Bulldogs so was almost purple in colour when born and still retains some of the purple features on his face as he grew. At night when light reflects off his eyes, they glow deep red almost like looking at a demon. Very cute and adorable little guy. The French Bulldog, is a French breed. It appeared in Paris in the mid-nineteenth century, apparently the result of cross-breeding of Toy Bulldogs imported from England and local Parisian ratters. They were used as ratters and when you watch these dogs play, you can see the predator instinct in them still, but it is tempered with a very loving personality.
I was happy to see Max visit the farm today, as it had been quiet the past few days. The weather was beautiful, and he was out on a great walk. That's Luna behind him, saying hello to his dad. She's very curious about people and dogs. Max was very excited to see her and the other animals.
