The Matrix Snow Foxy "RAH"ing Harvey the Point Party Unicorn

I can't believe how much these images look like those ugly machine tentacles in the Matrix. In reality they are nothing other than the twisted legs of a mini bendy-tripod things very close up.
Because there was no way to get the tripod to stand upside down, I eventually resorted to physically placing it on the lens (actually the protective UV filter) surface and photographing it vertically pointing towards the ceiling lights, hence the nice shiny reflections.
A new pair of sunglasses and a night spent watching The Matrix leaves a lad like me with some strange ideas. It's not great but it's all I've got in me for tonight....off to bed for me!

Created a new email signature, inspired by The Matrix. To see this in animation, click on the photo, then click on "all sizes" when you're in the photostream page.
It can be done : using a led matrix as a marker for Augmented Reality.
In this setup, I used an Arduino, a red 8x8 matrix, one Max7221, ARToolKit and the port for Processing NyARToolKit

Matrix Travels of Leicester Mercedes Benz Vario Plaxton Cheetah YN61 AXO collecting passengers from my Bournemouth hotel this morning, 9th October 2023. It was new to DJ Coaches, Gravesend.
Today's clock is inspired by xmatrix and uses its font image. I didn't have time to re-create all of the effects, but might come back to it.

These are the individual letter matrices, that drop down when you press a key on the Linotype keyboard. Along the side of each matrix you can see the negative impression of a letter, which when filled with molten lead will create raised type.
April 3rd at Noon we welcoming Dj Matrix (Chuck Clip) as he fires up the decks like no one can. The peek at his media and particle show was tantalizing, and I can't wait to see the full show!
