In France, in the preparatory school before engineering schools, the scientifics are called "taupes", the french word for moles.....

pete pythagoras of the mathematicians rawks the Elk's Club in Missoula. although their elaborate set-up proved too much for the Elk's Clubs' ancient electrical system, they still put on a great show. they kept blowing fuses throughout the show, losing their mics, visual display, and monitors at various times, but they improv'ed right through it with acapella rap. some show-goers didn't even notice the problems.

 

as a part of the mathematicians' act, they create a real-time improvisational visual sampling display. the image on-screen here, if I'm not mistaken, is a screen grab from the original Duke Nukem 3D.
