Description-An image of an abacus touching a man’s head filled with numbers which makes us think of mathematics.
Transformation-I started by removing the head of a statue, using color fill to make it all black, and then rotating it so that he is looking forward. The Abacus was lightened up and then made black and white as to fit the colorless theme of this poster. I then used the selection tool to outline the top of the man’s head and delete it. With this selection still up I began to fill the newly emptied space with numbers of different size and shape. The numbers recreate the shape of his head. I then added a few shapes to make the thought bubble.
