We made a Decimal street poster for our Math U See work. L loves to "cut wit da scissors? Pease?" so we made a huge mess!
yeah, math class. this is what I learned for more than 4 hours a week in the scholar period. it took me 2 hours to create the borders and the shapes; and it took me 20 minutes to color it!

Mrs. Frederick is great at making math fun for her Honors Algebra II classes. We had the chance to witness one of her unique activities on Feb. 4, 2025. Using a stopwatch, students determined how long it took their groupmates to pick up 25 cards one at a time and place them onto a single deck. Next, they used the gathered data and rational equations to calculate how much faster the cards could be gathered and stacked if two specific groupmates worked together.
