Solar material repeatedly bursts from the sun in this close-up captured on July 9-10, 2016, by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, or SDO. The sun is composed of plasma, a gas in which the negative electrons move freely around the positive ions, forming a powerful mix of charged particles. Each burst of plasma licks out from the surface only to withdraw back into the active region – a dance commanded by complex magnetic forces above the sun. SDO captured this video in wavelengths of extreme ultraviolet light, which are typically invisible to our eyes. The imagery is colorized here in red for easy viewing.

Da meine Liebste mich davon überzeugen konnte das ich mit ihr nach Münster zum bummeln fahren möchte, habe ich meine DSLR geschultert und dachte mir irgendwas geht immer. Ich habe ja schon ein paar Streetfotos rausgehauen und ein bisschen frisches Material kann nie schaden.
Da ich bisher die Fotos so ganz heimlich mit brutaler langer Brennweite gemacht habe wollte ich mal den Look ein wenig anders gestalten. Also mein 11-16mm vor dem Body und los geht die Tour. Zugegeben, so ganz heimlich ist dann wohl nicht mehr in den Brennweiten aber was soll es? Egal! Einfach mal fragen.
Ich war echt erstaunt wie viele Leute zugestimmt haben das ich ein Foto mache. Hätte ich nie im Leben gedacht. Das Problem ist also absolut nicht das man darf. Das Problem ist Leute zu finden denen man nicht ansieht das sie wissen das man sie Fotografiert. Dementsprechend ist die Ausbeute sehr gering. Ich hoffe euch gefällt es Trotzdem.
Ps.: Es ist immer wider erstaunlich wie die man begafft wird wenn man Fotos macht. Für diesen Look musste ich auf dem Boden legen und damit wahr ich anscheint für einen kurzen Moment die Attraktion.

d) Lettura Esposimetrica effettuata con esposimetro della macchina impostata su "Media a Prevalenza Centrale" ( ho effettuato 4 misurazioni a luce incidente con il Sekonic Dual Spot F-L778 con lettura impostata a 5° per confrontarla con la lettura che mi dava l’esposimetro della macchina, ho effettuato quella correzione di +1,5 di stop per recuperare alcun particolare nelle ombre e nelle penombre, nella trama della maglietta del bimbo e nei capelli.
e) Impostazione nel corpo camera ISO/ASA 6400, DR (100%), Modalità AF (Area), WB Bilanciamento del Bianco (Auto), Simulazione Film (Provia Standard), Colore (+2), Nitidezza (+1), Tono Alte luci (0), Tono Ombre (0), Riduzione disturbo (+1), Gamma Dinamica (Auto), Qualità Immagine (Fine), Filtro ND (On), Dimensione Immagine (3:2 - L); Bit/pixed compressi 48.
f) Focale impiegata 24mm (reale 36mm);
g) Tecnica di ripresa esposimetrica con il sistema dell”Esposizione a Destra;
h) Prima Post-Produzione (leggerissima file quasi perfetto) per la correzione del bilanciamento cromatico/tonale (dopo la de saturazione) delle varie aree e zone di colore per compensare l’intensità di luce (ore 21,30 di ripresa “luci a soffitto e laterali – luce calda 3250K°”) con Nikon Capture NX 2;
i) Seconda Post-Produzione con Adobe Photoshop CS6 64Bit per il bilanciamento delle zone d’ombra (Lievissima file quasi perfetto);
l) Post-Produzione di completamento con Nikon Capture NX 2 e CorelPhoto-Paint X7 64Bit per il completamento e la sistemazione finale del "Sistema Zonale".

This image is from a report in continuous evolution that I am making in the search for specific faces expressing particular feelings, scenes of environmental emphasis, expressions and deep feelings conveyed through simple look, a particular posture of the body or even from simple clothes and decorations individuals.

These images will be collected in a "Artistic Photography Technical Manual" which will describe the special filming techniques, materials, photographic equipment, sites and scenic environmental conditions.

Clouds and Rain....another reprocess from this summer
The Lagoon Nebula is 8 in Charles Messier's "not a comet" list, 25 in the Sharpless catalog and 6523 in the New General Calalog.(NGC) It is a cloud of ionized hydrogen estimated to be 4000-6000 light years from earth. It can be seen with the naked eye as a gray/green patch in the constellation of Sagittarius..Almost in the center of the photo can be seen NGC 6530, an open cluster of young stars formed from material within the nebula. The entire nebula is roughly 110 x 50 light-years wide.
This is a LRGB filtered image taken with a QHY23M mono CCD camera and an 11" Celestron EdgeHD w/Hyperstar on May 31 & June 9, 2016

Think of your camera's sensor (or film) as a projection screen. Direct a beam of light onto odd shaped transparent material such as plastic or glass so that the refracted pattern of light goes into your (lensless) camera.
Note - never aim a laser directly at the sensor!
Not my usual subject material for photography, but I was intrigued by this old boat and the story that must lie behind it. 'Girl Josie' is a new-kid-on-the-block at this boat graveyard on Skye - the peak Sgurr Thuilm of the Black Cuillin visible through the window.
Like Madonna, she was once America’s sweetheart, but has fallen from favor with various tribes. Some things change, some never do. “Use Mass Transit, Expect Delays” remains good advice.
Hoping the ship has not left the harbor.

I found this old shoe in back of this house in the leaves.

It looked to be about a size 6, or smaller. An woman's shoe, not a child's, since women's feet were typically smaller years ago. It still had the metal tab on the bottom of the shoe where the arch and heel connect, but the engraving wasn't legible. I carried this shoe around, took it in the car, thought better of it, and set it down on the front porch steps. After getting my courage up, I went into the house. The saddest thing I had ever seen. Evidently, the woman there liked to quilt, for there were bags of quilting materials, old clothing from young ones long ago, old toys, WWI or WWII trench coat, rosary beads on the wood stove - all scattered on the floor. You couldn't even see the floor! It was like the person passed away, and it was all just left. The front door was left open, and the glass was broken. I thought about that place for two days after, and I think it's a shame......

I found my 2nd bluebird nest when I noticed a male gathering nesting materials on the ground. He was across a little creek from me. He had a beakfull of dry grass blades.
