1940 or 41 Chevy Master Deluxe abandoned in the Alabama Hills near Lone Pine, CA.

Going back to 1919 The Alabama Hills have been a popular filming location for television and movie productions, especially Westerns with hundreds of movies having been shot there.

I've done some digging to see if I can link this car to a movie shot in the area, but I've had no luck beyond identifying the car.

It was Master Windu who led two hundred and twelve Jedi into combat at the Battle of Geonosis and slew the infamous bounty hunter Jango Fett.

Here more Bounty Hunters

Another pic from the "Robin Hood" marathon. Sorry about the title but it was a Race and he does have some far Right Wing tattoos on the side of his neck. Wonder weather he still feels the same, easier to change your views than change your skin.

A very little kid was driving this boat. He's around 5 years old....but he was doing his job so perfectly even though he was nude.. ;)

One of the most fascinating things I've come across in my short journey into Macro is the story of this caterpillar. It's the larva for a Wavy-lined Emerald moth - aka Camouflaged Looper. The caterpillar can eat a variety of flowers, this one is on a Coneflower. It has evolved to take pieces of the flower/plant it is feeding on and glue them all over its body. Most of the time they blend in seamlessly with the plant they are feeding on, but this one is in the open. I've since seen them on a number of different flowers, and they are just bonkers!
