Masters store located near the Mandurah Road - Mandjoogoordap Drive roundabout which is one of nine stores in Western Australia for the Woolworths-Lowes (USA) joint venture in hardware. Opened in early 2015 it adjoins a Woolworths supermarket and other specialty stores next door. Heavy losses against incumbent rival Bunnings in part due to an aggressive expansion (often next to Bunnings stores) and low sales have seen Woolworths abandon the category altogether and announce closure of the chain by early December 2016 with a liquidation sale over the coming months. These shots were taken the day before the start of the closing down sale.
The stores (including several development sites) have been sold to Home Consortium who will reconfigure the sites to a combination of Spotlight, Anaconda, JB Hi Fi, The Good Guys and Woolworths supermarkets. Rival Bunnings will take over 15 of the 61 stores open.

The Brief was to turn a tired three bedroom, two bathroom house into a stylish and modern four bedroom, three bathroom luxury residence. The clients requested a spacious, bright, open plan home to suit both work and play along with sufficient space for a home office and swimming pool.
The Result, a beautifully designed and well thought out space. By extending the home into the existing garage and encorporating it into the main living space along with relocating the kitchen, lee & allan design were able to create a usable home with clean lines and a mondern feel.
We were able to maximise the sense of space by insuring the indoor living spaces met the outdoors. This was achieved by installing windows and doors off each of the living and dining spaces which all lead to either the front or rear entertaining areas. Each of the living spaces overlook the pool or rear garden, and are positioned to maximise airflow.
This layout gives the occupants a lifestyle which is modern, functional, sustainable and relaxing.

Black bears are masters of disappearing right before your eyes. You can watch them along a road and when they go in the brush, BAM, their gone. Well, this black bear hasn't got his technique down yet, we can still see him in hiding.
Six shot blend using Enfuse. SB600 high on stand bounced into corner just CL, SB80 into wall CR and another SB80 in bathroom bounced into wall to the right.
This was shot in the late afternoon. West facing exterior dictated the start time, but I'm finding that I really prefer morning light - less harsh.
Master J was having a tantrum and then all of a sudden it stopped just as I was about to take the photo to show him what he looked liked. Instead I got this very solemn look that makes my heart melt with love for my wee man.

I like this picture because it looks very crispy as well as colorful. The blue sky makes her blue eye liner really pop. I only wish she didn’t pose with her hand by her face, I told her to not do that but then the suns too bright. We made it work.
