sooooooooo OHYEAH, today, I got back grades for most of my finals.

100% on my math final! NO it wasn`t easy! it was curved! haha I missed 3 problems so what. I tied for highest in all the classes, like me and a few others got 37 out of 40

Physics... not that good but at least I ended up with a B-

Spanish was CRAP I got a B

Yearbook is a joke, I got like a 102%

and then APUSH, English and Mandarin I didn`t get anything back

oh well

I have the living room almost exactly how I want it after just over a year of faffing and putting things together... I was adamant when I moved in that a 42" TV would be too big for the room, finally with everything in-situe the 32" tv looks just a tiny bit... small... Perhaps a 37" will look better, the TV is slightly less than a year old so am slightly resistant to the notion of shelling out for a new one so soon.

Perhaps an Upgrade to the TV when freeview HD becomes more widespread, I am thinking of building a proper Media Centre PC too, I shall be upgrading the 85mbps powerline ethernet adapter for a 200mbps one and adding a 4port switch.

Oopsie, I upgraded a bit. Now there's a Quad core Home Theatre PC, the powerline homeplug AV network was replaced with a 200mbps version, and the TV has gone from a generic 32" HD-Ready, to a very VERY shiney 100Hz Full HD 46" LED jobby.

I love seeing the 'final screen' of a video game. Blew through this one in just a couple days.

don't even ask me how much my right forearm/hand is cramped right now from powersliding the karts to get to this point. I'm taking a week off from the DS to heal, and so Des can resume her domination of the unit... ;-)

Hey everyone, welcome back to another 'Weekly Recommendations'! There is no theme this week so let's just get to the recommendations!

Robocop: This is just a classic movie, one of the best cheesy movies ever. It's actually a rather dark comedy with really cool action. Also the visual effects are so bad in this movie that it's hilarious! I see this movie on TV every once and a while so that is probably the only way you could check it out. Or you could get the Netflix DVD. It's one of my favorite movies of all times, not because it's an amazing story, it's just a good time!

Mariokart Double Dash!!: This is my favorite Mario game ever. I loved the idea that you could choose two characters to race with because it let me be Bowser Jr. and Pete Piranha! The courses in Double Dash are the greatest, the music is the best, and I have just had so many good times with my friends playing this. If you have a gamecube or a Wii, get this game on Amazon or Ebay and get it, the graphics may not be as good as they are today, but it's still a great game!
