This is the top part, that holds the hot water that drips down through the coffee grounds. We think this coffee maker goes back at least as far as the early 1930s. It was Made by the Enterprise Aluminum Co. of Massillon, Ohio. It is fully functional and we use it. Taken by Edgar.

From a photoshoot back in April this year, Carolina is a super sweet gal, very vibrant and nice to work with :). The concept was "singer" so I tried to convey a glamourized version of what I would think is a stage lighting from a concert :)

Main is a feathered 24x24 softbox in a 200 ws monolight -powered down- just out of the frame, behind her a SB in a shot through umbrella, below pointing up at an angle another SB very low power and it is back in the background it does double function: as a rim for and to highlight the smoke coming from a smoke machine.

During our exploration of Lancaster County, we were Google-mapsing our way around, specifically staying off of major interstates so that we could have a nicer drive through the country. On the way back from Susquehannock State Park, Google maps told us to turn down "Silver Spring Road" to get to the highway that bridges the Susquehanna river.
Only, "Silver Spring Road" was actually a washed out trail at a 15% incline, with downed branches & massive rocky ruts at the end that tested our Subaru's ground clearance to within about a half-inch.
Good thing our little Subie actually has more ground clearance than a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Moral: don't trust Google Maps! :)
I bought this new, my first and always "go to" manual. Andersons Sporting Goods downtown Salem Oregon. Speer Manual Number 9, 1974, third printing 1976. No notes written in it either!
Took this one also in the "Heemtuin". It was so peaceful and quiet outthere that I was standing there for minutes just watching the nature. I did some color processing in Lightroom to give the photo something extra and I hope you like it too. Shot with an old 50mm Nikkor at 2.0, all manual.

This came with a flash and two adapter lenses for wide angle and telephoto. The square object in the center mounts in the flash shoe. It is a three way viewfinder. It can be set for normal , wide angle and telephoto to correspond with the adapter lenses. To the left is the owners manual.
