we've always put the Christmas tree up the day after Thanksgiving and decorated it with all my handmade ornaments... but because of Purrcy... this year I decided to make it easy on myself and only used ribbons... it's simple and elegant!!

The bright, directional morning sun coming through the window creates a nice splash of warm light on the floor, and that is where the star of our show positioned himself this morning. Sprawled in the middle of the spotlight, sunning himself, and not at all minding when I pulled out the camera and one of the best lenses out there - the Zeiss Milvus 2/135mm. Cherokee was happy to pose; he knows he's beautiful.

A quick shot on my way home. The late afternoon sun was flooding through the huge windows of the train station illuminating the couple on the platform. I took two quick photos trying to make creative use of the lens flare of my Soligor wide angle with the second try. Voilà!

Our Governor is easing some of the restrictions today. I snuck out a day early and grabbed a few shots. Not a soul in sight during my outing except for passing cars.

Oh for the love of Dragonflies! This is as good as it gets for now...hand holding a stonking great 400mm zoom whilst chasing the little sods around is not the easiest thing in the world when trying to achieve a sharp shot!!...to be continued ;-)) 1/1000 shutter speed...5000 iso so not too bad I guess!
