Has a little "mossy" character, I like it!
Shot with a manual focus 70-200mm f4.0 Super Takumar. It really is a wonderfully sharp lens. It was a fairly challenging shot, panning and manually focusing.
An oldie from this summer that I shot with my old Minolta SRT200 film SLR and Minolta Rokkor 50mm f/1.4 MF lens (I've since sold both). I pretty much hate manual focus! This is one of the few that came out alright, but the IQ is pretty bad because I used some fast film. This camera was so old it doesn't even have a meter, so I just used guesswork for my exposures.

This was taken with a Nikon D40 & Sigma 70-300mm APO lens and on the D40 it's manual focus, got the lens second hand for £60 of Ebay "love it".

I have a Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 A mount which in my opinion is one of the best lenses ever made. It is not working properly will only shoot at 2.8 and will not AF with the LAEA3 adapter I missed the focus a little, the buttons are very sharp. I will do a reshoot with her b/c I really like this shot

Continuing the camera theme, here's the D40 with 50mm f/1.8D attached. Manual focus only on the D40 but once you get used to it, it's no problem.
Edit: used to take the photo above this one.

Okay, I accepted the challenge, and boy... wide open @F1.4, manual focus, 85 - these little bastards just keep on movin' and movin' and after few shots I thought I wouldn't get any decent photo. Persistance and practice - that's the key! :)
For the sake of my contacts I won't be uploading all of the successful ones I took today, these 2 are quite enough for this thread: www.flickr.com/groups/vivitar_85_14/discuss/7215762131014...
