mini-mannequin display at the art store on van ness, in san francisco. I want to go back and reshoot it and try and get the mannequins to walk across the street. I sort of shot this without thinking about the reflection and then came across it again and now I'm kicking myself.
I am always reminded of those spectral children in Kubrick's The Shining when I walk past her in Jarrold's Window. Just what do they think it will sell? Who really wants their child to look like this?
Mind you she has the lips of Grissom out of CSI on the telly and the same never closing mouth. She is probably a better actor.
