Manipulation in Photoshop

Just another rippled manipulation- but this one has teeth!!!

I know this style has been overdone but I hadn't tried it and now I can say, I have.

Never come between pairs

Here it is guys, The photo I took about a week ago today and have been editing for hours on end every single night. The theme is manipulation and it was for an assignment. I based it on the manipulation of lies, and how one lie can ruin lives and people. I guess you can interpret it however you want.

PART I OF A IV PART SERIES

Inspired by many amazing concepts with mattresses and my admiration for darkness. When I created this piece, I wanted it to be raw and morbid-like, making it fairly creepy.

It was definitely a challenge creating this piece. Running across my room from where the camera was set up, in less than 10 seconds, lifting a mattress up, wedging myself under it, and getting into some shape of a pose.

I love that challenge though. It makes it so much more worth while, when you finally give birth to its final outcome. I can't wait to work with so many more challenges ahead and so many more creations.

This was an outtake from my shoot yesterday for day 16 of my 365 project. I almost like it more than the actual image I used. I've been having a bunch of physical problems recently with my joints and this reminded me how the body can heal its self if you take some time to spend outside. All the images from yesterday can be seen here: charliebirdphotography.tumblr.com
