Routine septic pumping and cesspool pumping is the key to maintaining a healthy system.
There is no way to avoid sludge build up, but regular servicing helps keep it at a manageable level and avoid the need for septic or cesspool repairs.

“When the situation was manageable it was neglected, and now that it is thoroughly out of hand we apply too late the remedies which then might have effected a cure. There is nothing new in the story. It is as old as the sibylline books. It falls into that long, dismal catalogue of the fruitlessness of experience and the confirmed unteachability of mankind. Want of foresight, unwillingness to act when action would be simple and effective, lack of clear thinking, confusion of counsel until the emergency comes, until self-preservation strikes its jarring gong–these are the features which constitute the endless repetition of history.”

After heating for an hour and letting it cool for an hour, the tangled coil now sits in a more manageable shape and fits on my filament spindle nicely!
A day of editing! First cut is done, down from over 700 to around 350ish now. Next stage is to select the best versions of each set of shots which will bring the total down to something more manageable... then the adjustments and retouching can begin!
Hey, all. So I’m apparently collecting Descendants dolls now too. :P I won’t be collecting them extensively—just the boys and others I may like. The first doll I decided to collect is Isle of the Lost Jay, Jafar’s son.
Okay first of all, I’m very confused. Wasn’t there already a “Signature” Jay a couple of months ago last year? Why does mine look different? Are there supposed to be two different Signature Jays? Honestly this is all so perplexing…
But whatever the case may be, I have to admit, I like this Jay best. The older Jay had a rather dowdy-looking outfit and the absence of his beanie made him sort of out of character. I really like my Jay’s outfit. It looks exactly like how it appeared in the web show, as well as the official movie. Needless to say, my Jay looks in-character more. I’m just very awestruck by this design. I love how very masculine and rebellious the outfit is, but it also has a very high fashion touch (believe me, not all guys can pull off high fashion). The top is really great and well-made. I love the faux leather and the red, yellow and blue color scheme. I’m also a sucker for sleeveless tops on guys (so hot!). The red waist belt is a separate item and, yes, you can remove it separately!
The pants are a bit baggy though. I wish they were tighter to make it fit him better (skinny jeans would be appropriate for this attire, in my opinion). But it does have all these printed designs such as zippers and stitches, which I think is kinda cool.
The beanie isn’t anything special. It’s made of cotton and it looks more like a swim cap than a beanie. But the important thing is he actually has a hat, rather than being left him with nothing.
Since this is my first Descendants (boy) doll I’ll also review his body and articulation. So far it’s not really that good. He can be really stiff and his movement can be quite rigid (I really wanted to give him model-ly poses for this shoot, but I just couldn’t). Overall the articulation isn’t bad, but it’s only adequate at best. Personally I blame the sculpting of his body…some parts of his body actually obstruct some of the joints (particularly those in his arms). I wish his wrists were articulated too though. It’s such a shame (considering he actually has articulated ankles, yet Hasbro didn’t even think of giving them to the wrists instead). Also, his hands should be sculpted a bit better. His hand poses look very robotic; I feel they should have sculpted it to be more relaxed and natural-looking.
Also, for those who were wondering, yes, he’s close to the size of Ever After High boys and, yes, they can share and swap outfits. ;)
I really love his head sculpt. He’s really cute and I love his smile. I also love his facial screening. I love his almond-shape eyes and his golden olive skin. To be honest he actually looks more like he could be Aladdin’s son rather than Jafar’s (he acts like him too, but that’s a discussion for another day as I don’t want this review to be overly long).
He has terrible hair though. What is this, Nylon? Honestly it’s awful. It’s very poofy and it becomes huge and messy if I take off his hat. I held myself back from boil-washing it (‘cause I might damage it). For now I styled and treated it (with a secret special hair serum I use for my dolls) to make it more manageable.
He also comes with this, um, blue shield thingy. It has his dad’s symbol on it. It also opens up and it contains a sticker (I think) which I think is meant for the owner of the doll to use. Cute…but ultimately useless. Personally though I wish he had something more useful than this…such as an accessory backpack/sling bag or, more importantly, a fricking doll stand.
Overall though, he’s such a spectacular doll. Not bad for my first Hasbro purchase. I really love all the detail they put into him. Nowadays, doll designers barely even put any effort in designing male dolls (Mattel, Ever After High, I’m looking at you). Seeing Jay so detailed is certainly a breath of fresh air. Keep it up Hasbro, and I’ll buy any Descendants boy you dish out!
Larry did this hike solo, as Ben had a soar knee from our last cross-country ski outing. In order to get to Mt Loder, you cross Doorjamb Mountain summit en route. The wind was up today, as it often is on this route. Thankfully it was just manageable, and Larry completed this double summit scramble in under 4 hours roundtrip.

Turkish CZ P-01 copy. Shoots great! All steel, so recoil is very manageable. Double-action first pull is very heavy and stiff, but will hopefully break in. The single action pull is still a bit heavy but has a very crisp break, so my groups are actually tighter with this pistol than my actual CZ P-07.

A North American plastic wall scroll that is a bit smaller than the cloth wall scrolls in the next pics making it a bit more manageable especially for small spaces. However, it was hard to get a pic of this because the plastic wanted to throw the light of the flash back, hence the lack of flash for this shot.

All these (and more) need new homes as I'm going to a different country for an extended stay soon so send me a Flickr Mail message (access through the arrow that appears near my profile photo when mousing over it) if interested.
These car tyres (and mess) have been left behind, by the previous occupants of the house, right in the front garden!! Along with a compost heap other ugly left overs. Hoping to sort it out soon but have concentrated on the rest of the garden which was fairly manageable. A real eyesore!!

We were looking forward to a good hike with mild temperatures and little wind. The winds were much higher than predicted, but manageable. There was much less snow than we would have thought, considering we've above average snowfalls for this year. While the wind was annoying, the fact that wet snow would often clump to our boots was very frustrating... With all the ups and downs, we gained just over 800 m's on this very undulating 10.3 km return distance hike, but took 6 and a half hours to complete. The loveliest surprise was herd of Rocky Mountain Sheep near the true summit.
The American bullfrog is native to the eastern United States. The date of first introduction to Arizona is unknown, but they were introduced to California in the 1890s, and by the late 1920s the species was reportedly common on the Colorado River at Yuma. Bullfrogs are awesome and voracious predators. Predation by bullfrogs has contributed to the decline and extirpation of native leopard frogs and garter snakes. They are one of the biggest challenges to the recovery of many native aquatic species. Elimination of bullfrog populations is achievable in small, manageable wetlands, but is difficult or impossible in lakes, rivers, agriculture, and other complex habitats. Bullfrogs are also a vector for chytridiomycosis, a fungal disease that is killing frogs and toads around the globe. Areas such as the Kaibab National Forest were likely occupied by native northern leopard frogs prior to bullfrog invasions. The Forest Service, Arizona Game and Fish Department, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are working together to re-establish northern leopard frogs on the Kaibab National Forest. My very own font of lead type! Presenting the somewhat elusive Franklin Gothic Wide in a reasonable and manageable 12 pt. I think it's quite pleasant in a chunky sort of way. I'm unfortunately lacking a capital J. If anyone knows of anyone who might have one they'd be willing to share, I'd be most appreciative.
Finally got a chance to photograph Kyle's room since we cleaned it up and moved furniture back to more manageable positions.
I bought a 6' commercial tiller to make the work a little easier. I should have anywhere between 550 - 650 standing plants and row crops. I’m trying to keep the work as manageable as I can. I am also installing a total drip irrigation system ran on a timer. All water will be drawn from a well that was hand dug over 100 years ago. Really kind of neat.
The spot seems to be a bit larger than is sinking through my thick skull. With the 45hp tractor and 6' tiller it still took me about 2 - 2.5 hours to till. And now we have about 8" of snow over the fresh soil.... Im going to be really pressed to get in early crops.
Taken with the iPhone's "Panoramic" setting. I did crop off some of the edges to make the image a more uniform size (12" H x 48" L) at 240 PPI (to bring down the file size to something more manageable).
There is some digital wizardry done to the image but it's not the actual background. In looking at the ruins in the back, those objects do appear to be added in but they were really there. I added in a "content-aware" fill on the very upper right corner as my hand could not keep the camera as steady as I wanted for the panoramic shot (long sweeping motion). So, the upper part of the tree and the sky were re-created in Photoshop but the rest of the image is legitimate.
Full disclosure: I do not know who the family is in the photograph. I did my best to de-emphasize them as they were not the focal point of the image as I wanted the scenery of the castle, sky, and park ground.

I met this guy at his shop selling mostly undies and basic clothing in Old City near Bab Jabiyye, Damascus. He does not speaking muchEnglish but negotiation on the price for th eclothing still manageable. I came back yesterday to his small shop to buy other things and managed to capture his photo.

C Level refers to the last of three levels which had been mined for coal on the east slope of Cascade Mountain before this area belonged to the park. It is rightly one of Banff's premier hikes, as it has views, flowers, animals, and a trail that is manageable for most.

Perhaps the cheapest developer one can make. All it takes is Sodium Carbonate (5g), Vitamin C (2g) and Metol (0.2g)… dissolved in that order, in 250ml of warm water. You then add enough water to make a 1L solution. That takes care of two 120 rolls.
How much does it cost? Around Rs. 5 in all for the entire solution, excluding water.

Developed for 10.30 minutes. Normal agitation.
Wonder if this is too grey. The flower was pure white. Guess this developer is low on contrast, but what fine grain!
In one of the other photos, there is a bit of uneven development though.
Had some spots and dust related issues after scanning which was removed. Reduced to a manageable size. No other tweaks done.

This small Tulip Magnolia is sometimes called a Tulip Tree. There is another tree that also carries that Tulip Tree name causing some confusion. Magnolia soulangiana is a great small tree. And for the month that is in bloom it is extraordinary. The blossoms of Magnolia soulangiana are 4" across or more. The tree can get to 20' or more but is much more manageable if kept under 10-15'. Shaping and controlling the shape of the tree requires trimming several times each year. The smell of the cut wood and leaves is intoxicating.

Finally on his new body - I really like the fit, he's much more manageable with this size, and now he can pose much better!
South Korean registered G650, reportedly less than a year old, taxiing for takeoff at Long Beach. Note the thrust reversers out - apparently this helps keep taxi speeds manageable.
she needed more manageable hair! i still need to neaten it (although it doesn't look THIS uneven in real life), but i think this is a good length.
thanks to Sydnee Bee for the haircut advice (and courage)
Charmix Bloom for what its worth shes cute and since her hair is short its actually manageable. Though why Bloom got a necklace and Stella got a gem I dont know.
Reduced 3x3 grid to a series of mountain and valley folds in latex. Paper helps placement of temporary tape strips at intersections that will in turn help glue the latex accurately. The periodic aspect makes the fuss manageable. Plus, it's pretty. The tape strip is on any valley fold, all on the "start" end of the strip. If I guessed right, this means that every joint will have support while gluing up, and bonus that the support isn't in the way.

After a great breakfast at a small cafe we took the Scenic Drive into Capitol Reef National Park. It's mostly a paved road until the very end but still manageable. We spent a few hours exploring the area. When we left Capitol Reef we decided to look for something new. I read about the Notom Road, east of the park, so we decided to check it out. Good decision. We went in about 12 miles before the road got rougher. Great scenery - it is the back side of the Waterpocket Fold - another area we need to check out. We then drove through some really desolate landscape before coming to the Hite Overlook. Great view of the Colorado River in the Glen Canyon Recreation Area. After this we were going to visit some Indian ruins but took a wrong turn somewhere so we just headed to Cortez, CO for the evening. Good day.
I took these photos in April 2018 in south eastern Utah.
Coast Guard Cutters Tackle and Thunder Bay pass each other while breaking ice on the Kennebec River, Maine, April 1, 2015. Went to check out how the 'lottie was doing after a few months of neglect and took the slow walk down the path with the cat.
Sadly the snow hasn't killled all the weeds for us, but it's looking manageable at the moment. A bit too soggy to dig though, so we took pitcures and came home again.

Taken March 2012. Bougainvillea 'Rosenka' is a perfect cultivar for containers. It is easily kept at a manageable size and repeatably puts on a show like this throughout the year. Tall yellow Anigozanthos (Kangaroo Paws) add a vertical accent and the Dyckia succulents are blooming in the hanging pots as well!
Just finished my dreaded advanced statistics exam. It felt manageable as I could even walk out ahead of time. Got myself a donut as reward.

History and judicial organization
The Revolution of 1848 marked also the Austria jurisdiction of that time in a substantial manner with manifestations that act to the present day. The with this associated judicial organization brought then - here particularly interesting - most of all four court levels or court types: District Courts, Higher Civil Courts (Landesgerichte), Higher Regional Courts (Oberlandesgerichte) and a Supreme Court. To those four kinds of courts, the procedures of first instance - differentiated by sum in dispute or seriousness of the offense - and the review of judicial decisions on appeal were distributed in a manageable manner. That in the course of this the (only) Supreme Court already at the time of the monarchy could be found in Vienna is understandable, that it remained there from 1918 until today (apart from the period of National Socialism) is known.
The next level below the Supreme Court was and is formed by the High Regional Courts. In 1855 there were in the whole Empire nineteen, today there are four in Austria, namely in Vienna, Linz, Innsbruck and Graz. They act primarily as appellate courts. Next come the so-called courts of first instance. This generic term was necessary because there were, besides the regional courts also district courts - partly later - special courts for commercial, youth, labor and social welfare cases or should be. Of all these existed at the time of the monarchy, of course, already a significant number, in the area of present-day Austria were originally seventeen, today there are twenty after the Juvenile Court in Vienna had been dissolved in 2003 (Federal Law Gazette 30/2003). The district of the Higher Regional Court of Graz accounts for the Regional Court for Civil Matters and the National Criminal Court in Graz, the Klagenfurt Regional Court and the Regional Court of Leoben. The lowest level eventually was formed by the district courts. "Lowest" in this context is of course no rating but merely an expression of the position in the structure of jurisdiction. In Styria there were initially 45 district courts, including the district of the Provincial Court of Leoben 22 (Reich Law Gazette 339/1849). Those were merged over time. District courts are now still in Schladming, Liezen, Murau, Judenburg, Mürzzuschlag, Bruck/Mur and Leoben. Aside from court consolidations, modifications of the district sizes, responsibility shifts caused by changes in the value limits and also renamings there were naturally in the past 160 years repeatedly also suggestions or ideas for actual substantive changes of this Court System. For example, there was talk of dissolving the Courts of First Instance and to distribute their agendas to the district courts. Or these courts should be strengthened and therefore waived of the Higher Regional Court. Nothing of it gained majority, the from the mid-19th Century stemming basic system remained established and is valid until today .
THE REGIONAL COURT LEOBEN
After creating the legal basis for the new judicial organization, it was now about to implement them. It arose the familiar question of "where" and "with whom". The decision for Leoben was already on 25th July in 1849 published (Reich Law Gazette 339/1849) and also the top management for Upper Styria was very soon decided. As of 28/12/1849 the previous "Council of the Styrian state law" Dr. Heinrich Perissutti was appointed President of the Provincial Court of Leoben. He took on 18 February 1850 in Graz his oath of office and actually was taking up activities on 4 April 1850. He moved - then granted - to Leoben, there is evidence that he had lived at Unteren Platz, house number 121 (today Timmerdorfer lane 2). The accommodation question for the court in Leoben also could be settled successfully in a short time. This should move into the former Dominican monastery (now Land Registry 60327, Leoben register number 103), a building that was owned by the city of Leoben and the judiciary has been left to everlasting time for its own purposes (Treaty of 11 August 1853). This had to be adapted but only for the new task and it did take some time but, that is to say early summer 1856.
The aforementioned modifications of the judicial organization were in the first years in Leoben area relatively noticeable. Firstly, the High Regional Courts of Graz and Klagenfurt were merged with headquarters in Graz (1852 enacted and 1854 implemented) and on the other hand it came to a "downgrating" as to the label of the Provincial Court Leoben to a "district court" (19 January 1853).
The First World War, the downfall of the monarchy, the First Republic and the Corporate State brought in Upper Styria as to judicial organization only one significant, lasting change. The district courts Aflenz, Mautern and Obdach were merged with neighboring courts (Federal Law Gazette 187/1923, 276/1923). With the seizure of power by the Nazis in 1938 but went down the country's independent judiciary. Justice solely "In the name of the German people" should be distributed and probably to some extend it had a different status than before. Pure terminologically, the county court became a Higher District Court, the district courts have mutated into local courts (Journal of Laws for the country Austria 350/1938). What changed further was the area of the district. The Ausseerland was separated from Styria and the Gau (administrative district) of "Upper Danube" and thus to the district of the Higher District Court in Wels assigned.
After the end of the Second World War it came to the restoration of the on 13 March 1938 existing judicial organization, Bad Aussee, therefore, returned to the district of the Court of Leoben (State Gazette 47/1945). There were other changes. The most significant over time was probably that the1946 set up labor courts, which had replaced the earlier commercial courts, together with the arbitration courts of the Social Insurance and the mediation courts on 1 January 1987 merged in the ordinary jurisdiction (Federal Law Gazette 104/1985).
As already indicated, the terminology of the Leoben Court of Justice was subject to alterations. Beginning of 1849 had been created among other things the "Higher District Court" Leoben. With Order of 19 January 1853 (Reich Law Gazette 10/1853) to "District Court" downgraded, the Nazis transformed the term from 13 August 1938 (Journal of Laws for the country of Austria 350/1938 ) into "Higher District Court". The Court Organization Act of 3 July 1945 (State Gazette 47/1945) re-established the "District Court", until on the first of March 1993 the time came that the most original denomination "Higher District Court" was again brought back to life (Federal Law Gazette 91/1993). Without that during the whole period of the responsibilities and tasks anything really notheworthy would have changed, the Court in Leoben got three different names in five time periods.

How to Eat a Banana in 30 Seconds (Or less).
By Ezra
Step one: Break it into manageable pieces - like in half.
Step two: Shove the first half into your mouth.
Step Three: Swallow
Step Four: Shove the second half into your mouth.
Repeat as often as mommy will give you a banana. Or "Nana" as Ezra prefers to call them.
