Tin Mal (also Tinmel) (Amazigh: ⵜⵉⵏ ⵎⴰⵍ) is a small mountain village in the High Atlas 100 km from Marrakech, Morocco. It is considered the cradle of the Almohad empire, from where the Almohads started their military campaigns against the Almoravids in the early 12th century.
The Tin Mal Mosque is a mosque located in the High Atlas mountains of North Africa. It was built in 1156 to commemorate the founder of the Almohad dynasty, Mohamed Ibn Tumart. It is one of the two mosques in Morocco open to non-Muslims, the other being the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. The prototype for the Tin Mal mosque was the Great Mosque of Taza (near Fès), also built by Abd al-Mu'min. The Koutoubia in Marrakech was in its turn modelled on it.
The Tin Mal mosque was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List on July 1, 1995 in the Cultural category
It is the 2nd largest shopping centre in PEKANBARU. It is located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman.. Officially open in 2004
Right beside this shopping centre, you can found Plasa Senapelan, which is the oldest modern shopping centre in PEKANBARU.
Just opposite the road you can also find Hotel Grand Zuri (3 star). Actually, the main building of Mal Pekanbaru is joined together with Hotel Grand Jatra (4 star).... Woo... two adjacent shopping centre and two hotels ..... Good place to stay ...

Anselm Feuerbach wurde am 12. September 1829 in diesem Haus in Speyer geboren und starb am 4. Januar 1880 in Venedig. Er gilt als einer der bedeutendsten deutschen Malern der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Im Feuerbachhaus sind über 30 originale Gemälde und Zeichnungen von Anselm Feuerbach zu sehen sowie Briefe und Bücher der Familie.
