Store bought unfinished oak cabinets that I stained espresso and finished with a satin lacquer. The drawer pulls I ordered from Van Dyke's. The countertop is a laminate kitchen countertop. The backsplash is metal flashing on a wooden frame to use as a bulletin board, magnets stick to it. A wall mounted computer screen goes in the middle. The paint is a Ralph Lauren metallic paint.
Mostly, he just takes people's glasses off for them. (Or forces them to do it themselves.) One more shot below.
Carl Smool - Makeovers
Carl Smool created a series of pilot projects that helped determine how we could pull of the larger "STart on Broadway" program. He worked with parachute material, lighting and fans to create visual atmospheres in each of the spaces.
This makeover was not very hard to do, this picture just neede4d to be more interesting. I changed the colour of her lips, her eyes and her hair :D
