make way for the giant of the seas... 4 brand new ZPMC TANDEM CRANES made way at Malta Freeport yesterday late afternoon. They will be discharged on terminal 2 North quay in the next 12 days for a homogeneous 6 crane operation capability on this quay... with these new arrivals the terminal has now increased its crane capabilities to 6 on Terminal 2 North, 6 on Terminal 2 South and 11 on Terminal 1
The new arrivals are now capable to lift a maximum of 4 by 20 foot containers at one go... remarkable indeed...

I'm always the first one to finish getting ready. So what do I do? Take pictures of course!
This is Jasmine getting ready to go out. I've known this girl since we were like 11. She's still the same lovely girl I met 10 years ago :)

The key-ring is a masterpiece of modular design! Any item with a hole can be threading onto a ring. Whereupon this ring can be threaded into another, and so on. My key-ring follows this to extreme, as the basic key-ring is supplemented with different categories of toys, each on its own hierarchy ring so the less important items can be removed easily. At just under 250g it is more like a utility belt, and only carried on special occasions. i.e. whenever I wear combat trousers with extra-large pockets. Most of the time, I just take the main ring, occasionally with the note pad ring.
Just behind the air filter is the fine fuel filter. It filters out microscopic particles that make it past the primary filter which is externally mounted in your boat. To the left is a square box called the “E-Box.” It houses the engine electrical system fuses, relays, and ECU. The ECU monitors data from the various sensors and controls such functions as low-pressure fuel pump operation, fuel injection pressure, fuel injection system volume, and the timing and volume of fuel injected by the electronic fuel injectors. The ECU also uses sensor inputs to monitor engine condition and will set a trouble code if a system or sensor indicates a problem.

The Egyptian civilization developed many of the methods and tools that make their carpenters the craftsmen we would recognize today. Climatic change about 7,000 years ago turned most of Egypt to desert except for the Nile valley, where farming began like it had with the Sumerians (3150 BC) and developed over the next three millennia basically to the death of Alexander the Great in 332 BCE. The tools they used were mostly copper but worked to be as hard as a mild modern steel. Many of the tools such as the adze were used for centuries. Basic hammers, mallets, chisels, bow drills and an upright lathe allowed the carpenter to make quite ornate pieces. Some worked in "sections" on large projects or in specialized workshops. Most would have had more comfortable homes. Some worked in "sections" on large projects or in specialized workshops.

What makes my really sad is the fact that Servals are extinct in South Africa, and very rare north of the Sahara, owing to the trade in their fur. It takes 13 adult Servals to make 1 fur coat !!! (that is ridiculous)!!
I'm planning a trip to Africa this year, It sadens me to think that these beautiful animals are becoming extinct in there home land, and that the generation after mine may never get to see them in there natural habitat.
