Behold, the Bolivian Navy! Bolivia still maintains a "sovereign claim" to access to the sea, which it lost in one of its many disastrous wars with its neighbours. Its old coastline is now part of Chile, and Bolivia's Navy has not much to do apart from patrol Lake Titicaca, not, as may be assumed, in case of a Peruvian marine attack, but to remind the world that it once used to have a coastline.
This is a photograph from the 26th Anniversary running of the South O'Hanlon 5KM Road Race which was held at Seneschalstown G.A.A Club, Beauparc/Kentstown, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland on Wednesday 3rd July 2013 at 20:00. South O'Hanlon AC have again organised one of the best value races of it's kind in the country and maintain the very high standard set by other races in the Meath Road Racing Calendar. Congratulations are extended to all at South O'Hanlon, the local community, and other Meath athletics clubs, which made this another very successful night. The club provides prizes in a very wide range of categories and there was a very large spread of refreshments afterwards in the GAA clubhouse. The well known Seneschalstown G.A.A club provide the facilities for registration, showers, and after-race activities.
This route was first run in 2010 and hasn't changed since. The race starts about 1KM from the race HQ at the lovely setting of Beauparc Railway Crossing on the old Navan-Drogheda railway line (race start here goo.gl/maps/SVWWY). The race proceeds in an anti-clockwise left handed loop, following the L1600, and passing the GAA grounds before taking a left to Dollardstown, to Yellow Furze, and bringing runners back to the start area at Beauparc for the final kilometer of the race back to the finish.
Electronic Timing and Event Management were provided on the night by Precision Timing [www.precisiontiming.net/result/racetimer]

Location Map: Start/finish areaS on Google StreetView and Google Aerial [Start: goo.gl/maps/SVWWY Finish: goo.gl/maps/CSgcU]. The race is easily accessed from the North via Drogheda and other areas via Navan.

I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?
As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.
Don't like your photograph here?

If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.

mind. Where else can children trip on supreme Maintain Normal Blood Sugar Levels webinars? That probably won't pique the attention of cooperatives who don't have interest in using that. The key is to take it in small, safe doses… and that is exactly what we have done for you in formulating Blood Sugar Support It took only 3.5 grams of black licorice for a group of people to lose significant body fat in two months, according to one study at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Bitter Melon is known for "Cleansing The Blood" and is also used For Various Stomach And Intestinal Disorders Including Ulcers, Colitis And Constipation. Maybe I should outsource this to India as we've put together a team of hot shots on this. First, Blood Sugar Support helps maintain normal blood sugar levels with a proprietary blend of all-natural compounds virtually unknown in the United States — even though these natural ingredients have been a staple of ancient cultures for well over 2,000 years and have even been documented as blood sugar supporters in one of the earliest medical texts ever written.

Exfoliation
One of the best ways to keep your skin fresh and glowing is to exfoliate it. Dead skin cells on your face can cause your skin to appear dull and lifeless. A gentle scrub with glycolic acid can get rid of these cells and reveal a fresh, radiant appearance. Also, walnuts contain antioxidants that help remove dirt and promote beautiful skin. They should be mixed with yogurt before you apply them to your face.
In addition to exfoliating, you should also practice good posture. If you have beautiful blue eyes, you can emphasize them by wearing a sleeveless top. Conversely, if your arms are toned and firm, you can show them off with a sleeveless top.
