The Seashell Mailbox along with some other odd elements, but the mailbox is something special.
Bowers, Delaware.
I spend many hours on a blanket in my front yard playing with an11 month old:) So most of my recent photos are taken while on that blanket under the trees. Gives me time to see the world from another angle, play with focus, and remember the days when I couldn't wait for the mail to come.

An old mailbox sits on the fence below the farmhouse built in 1908 at the Dalles Mountain Ranch. The Washington State Parks Department acquired the property in 1993 so the box has probably not been used for more than 30 years.
Happy Fence Friday!

I love the mailboxes we see in West Virginia! This one was on a one track gravel road. I wish I had one like this! :) So unique and I guarantee you won't find one in the big box stores! LOL Happy Sabbath to all and a blessed weekend.
Yesterday's sunset from atop Mailbox Peak at about 5,000ft. Had a fun nightime descent. Looks like 12's take their spirit everywhere.
Looking south, toward Mt. Rainier in the background.

Queen West and Bathurst St., Toronto.
The infamous black mailbox near the road to Groom Lake. Wish I could write to the aliens and ask them to stop the war.
I had to stop and take a picture of it! I drive to Key West and back once a month on business and this is new since my last trip!
This was a minimalist thing for me to do. there was a wall of mailboxes just like this one. One was special because of the owner was just moved there and wanted it as an illustration on a card as part of a series. Strobist info: 2 580's bounced into the opposite white wall. One cam left one cam right. The darker spot in the middle would be me.
