finally new 2010 has come* congrats!
the white moleskine arrived home from UK after two weeks' travelling exactly on the 31st of Dec
and the white box with a red bow was opened by me after a midnight
for both white presents I am madly thankful to Alexey - who was extremely kind to organize the arrival of those adorable stuff to Moscow)

This has got to be one of the most beautiful pieces of industrial design to come along in a while. Not to mention how technologically superior it is to anything out there. DROOOL!!
It's also half the price of other blue tooth, hideously designed, PC garbage mice. How does Apple do it?

Was hoping to get here after dark, but wasn't quite dark at the time, so got it at sunset instead this time around.
Mainly with the Magic Mouse ride, which is there instead of the City Star Flyer and Air rides of previous years (not back due to the 2024 accident here).

Usually Danter Attractions has a Spring funfair in Digbeth, but this time returned to Centenary Square where Ice Skate Birmingham is usually held over winter by them.

This thing is beautiful. It really is.
But.... I want to chop off my hand after using it for an hour.
looks beautiful. & it's good in theory.. functionality is blahhh. it's difficult to swipe to the left to go backwards on a webpage... it's seriously impossible to swipe to the right to go forward on a webpage. that is mandatory for me, since 80% of my work is within a web browser. also, i had to really tweak it to get it fast enough for me -- and then when you restart it loses the setting. it's just not practical for me & what i need to do.. i rarely use os x (it doesn't work in windows 7). but i figured i'd give it a real try before i knocked it. there are a lot better $70 mice out there.
taking it back the next time i get to the mall...
