It looked closed when I passed by. The Library of Birmingham was definitely closed.

But Ice Skate Birmingham 2025-26 closes for good on Sunday 4th January 2026.

Ice Skate Birmingham at sunset in Centenary Square.

Was hoping to get here after dark, but wasn't quite dark at the time, so got it at sunset instead this time around.

Mainly with the Magic Mouse ride, which is there instead of the City Star Flyer and Air rides of previous years (not back due to the 2024 accident here).

Apple

New desk setup. I really wish at times I had a 16x9 (one of the new) iMacs, so these displays would look a little bit better with each other.

I use the Samsung display for iTunes, iChat, and Tweetie, plus a browser when I need it for reference while working on the iMac's screen.

An Apple a day ...
