在炸的時候我身穿chef coat、怕頭髮有油煙味所以戴帽子 & 還戴口罩......只差腰上(?!是肚子吧)沒戴一個霹靂腰包 ....我真的可以在路邊賣了。
btw在此跟台灣賣鹽酥雞的攤販們致敬，每天要聞這些油煙味 & 天氣熱也照樣炸，真是辛苦你們了

因為買來的Tartine bread已經嗑光而且今天Tartine沒賣麵包，所以去ACEM買個sour round來做(這才想到平常的麵包好便宜呀)，照食譜切1.5 inches的麵包，心想也太厚了吧，但還是照著做(第一次都乖乖的照做)，結果麵包中間有一部分沒有吸進custard base，原因應該是tartine的country bread的洞比較大(麵包裡的空隙)，所以那種厚度可以吸進base，但ACEM的洞密度很高，所以切那麼厚base無法完全吸入，所以要試這個recipe的話，麵包的厚度再自己調整一下就好嘍。
btw 那個custard base夭壽好吃啦!!!! so so so refresh !!!!

These were so good. I made these following the exact recipe that PF Chang's uses, except i used romaine lettuce instead and served it with white rice.
