This is true macro, at least 1:1. It is created with depth of field stacking, 10 images with different focal planes combined into one to achieve adequate depth of field. It was taken some years ago at Biltmore's conservatory, a favorite place of mine, and one we visited this last weekend, though this tiny flower, whatever it is, was no longer there.
