press "L" to large and take a look, how sharp this lens can be...

Manual setup, manual focus, available light, handheld. Hope, you enjoy!

A stunning Holly Blue taking a break on a warm spring day. I can guarantee to see these on the Lilac bushes behind my house year on year.

Taken for the Macro Mondays challenge on 17 June 2019. A very small toy standing on the centre of a wooden trivet.

I could not decide on what kind so I went with 4 different kinds. Reese's Thins, Cosmic Brownies, Little Bites and Hershey's Mike Chocolate all stacked on top of a picture of s'mores.

One of my attempts at the "Macro Mondays" theme "Orange".

This weeks theme is dedicated to the MacroMondays moderator and longtime contributor Hans and his nations color orange. As a relatively new member of the group I don’t know too much about him, however I’ve seen some of his great shots and appreciate the effort that went into them.

I tried to include a little 'H' into the image, that can stand for 'Hans', 'Hallo', 'Hey' or good 'Health' and with that I wish him a good recovery and all the best for the future!

Shot with a Carl Zeiss "Dokumar 38 mm F 5.6" lens on a Canon EOS R5.

I watched this ant carry his catch form leaf to left on this bush for about 10 minutes. He would stop a few minutes and then move on again. I finally gave up and walked away. He must be really particular about where he eats.....
