The White Rose is the flower of light, and everlasting Love

Depois de me deitar no chão, rastejar (pouco) e de me molhar, esta rã deixou-me aproximar o suficiente para fazer esta foto

After lying on the ground, crawling (little) and getting wet, this frog let me get close enough to make this photo.

One of those mornings where I almost didn't take my camera, but am sooooooo glad I did!

In an instant, all we know could be no more. Give and Love like your Life depended upon it. In these uncertain times, never hold back the gift that everyone needs. The Gift is Love and there is no cost. Things don’t always go the way we desire them to. Opportunity can grow from a painful disappointment. With an open mind and heart a new world can healthily develop. Invite new beginnings with a positive attitude. No one has ever moved forward without dealing with pain and loss. Our strengths are born and grow through some disappointments along life’s journey. Thanks for viewing my work. Gratitude and Kindness can be our GPS to happiness. Stay safe and be kind to all you meet.

For this week's Macro Mondays challenge "Soap" I used a block of soap that looks like a rock.

To capture this image I set the soap on a piece of glass and placed one of my white LED lights under it and placed one at about 45 deg. to the left. By placing the light directly under the soap the light coming up from under the glass illuminated it from the inside out. Because the soap has darker and denser areas the light did not shine through them, thus the dark or black areas. You can see how the shot was captured by viewing Set-Up Rock Soap.

Mâle de lucane cerf-volant (Lucanus cervus). Le mâle meurt peu après l'accouplement. Il est dévoré par les prédateurs qui ne laissent que des restes trop coriaces à manger (dont la tête qu'on voit sur la photo).

A tick's waiting for a ride.

Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.

Mosses, most likely polytrichum piliferum or bristly haircap on WWI Hollandstellung bunker Oe L 07 in Oosteeklo, East, Flanders, Belgium. A strange feeling to be sitting atop a concrete bunker well over a hundred years old out on a walk in the quiet Belgian countryside whilst at the same time, only a few hundred miles away, a modern war is alive and ongoing.
