I had the opportunity to visit Monarch Butterfly Festival 2011 in Navarre, Florida last weekend. The weather was so beautiful. I have taken few different butterfly shots which I will be posting them soon.
Till then.....enjoy this beautiful lady.
Note: This is NOT a blue looking butterfly even some bluish color on the wings. I have changed the white balance to get the overall blue effects. :-)

Location - Dinefwr Park
For those curious the butterfly is a 'Red Admiral'

This Lycaenid butterfly is the second creature photographed on my fishing trip :) Since it was late in the afternoon, I've used f4 to improve exposure times a bit (they were around 0.5s).
55 natural light exposures at f4, ISO 100 made with Sony NEX-7, Olympus Zuiko Auto-1:1 Macro 80mm f/4 lens on Nikon PB-5 bellows.
Peacock butterfly on my hand. This is the 4th of these we've found in our dining room since the beginning of August
