MACRO MONDAYS. CIRCLES.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Will offer up this photo for today but would also like to thank everyone for their comments and support. You thought are much appreciated.

I’ll admit that this really doesn’t qualify as a Macro, but I was close enough to the Yellow-crowned Night Heron as he strolled by me on Armand Bayou while he walked right by me. He had little concern for my presence and continued to search for his next meal. The photo is not cropped. They can be quite bold and have definitely settled in for the summer. I saw 3 of them yesterday while our getting my walk in. I might add that this was a 2 in the afternoon, so they forage during the day as well as night.

Wishing everyone the very best during the coming days and I hope that we can safely and slowly resume our activities. Take care.
