With it being a rainy day, I decided to stay around the house and get some macro shots. This fly just seemed ready to pose! I was using closeup filters so that I didn't have to get too close.

A macro shot of my peony in the morning. I did not have a macro lens to use, but using macro filters to put in front of the lens for closer focus. +1 and +2 filter on sony zeiss 55mm lens.

Aperture: f/9.0

Focal Length: 100 mm

ISO Speed: 100

I was wondering why the wasps were hanging out on the tomatoes and the butterfly bush so much, and now I know... That's where I see the most insects. These guys eat everything.
