William H. Anderson II Family Field at Mercer University Stadium at Macon in Bibb County, Georgia, is the football home of the Mercer University Bears. This snapshot was taken on Tuesday morning, 10 February 2015.
Three big U-boats at the former Seaboard yard in Macon, Ga. The lead locomotive was built for the Southern Railway in 1974 as SOU 3917, then became NS 3917 before being sold to Georgia Central. When Genesee & Wyoming bought the Georgia Central, they eventually scrapped all of these vintage units with the exception of one which was saved for a museum.
Built in 1910 at the corner of Cherry and First Stree for $75,000. Originally a private Men's Club for a short while and was purchased by the YMCA who occupied the building until the mid 1960's. The building had sleeping rooms, reception halls, parlors, reading rooms, an auditorium, a gymnasium, marble showers, a swimming pool, bowling alley, and a running track.
Now the Macon Health Club.
The Hay House was built from 1855-59 in the Italian Renaissance style and has 18,000-square feet with 26 rooms and has a cupola on top. William Butler Johnston built the mansion and then the mansion went to his daughter in 1896 (Mary Ellen and Husband William H. Felton) after the death of Mrs. Johnston. In 1926 the heirs of the Feltons sold the house to Parks Lee Hay, founder of the Banker's Health and Life Insurance Company. After Mr.& Mrs. Hay's death the house was transferred to the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation in 1977.

Store front of Nu-Way downtown original location. A good dog, done on a griddle, with just the right crunch. Added to more groups 1/4/19.

Amy came in second overall for female participants. If I remember correctly she was one of the top 10 competitors off the bike. Her blistering time of 4:38:09 showed a lot of guys out there that there are some very tough women competitors that will show up to any race.
Congrats to her on her second place finish in the overall womens category!
This photo was done in Macon at the Indian Mounds in a small car tunnel there. Really loved how this came out.
