My new Intel Mac Mini, which replaces my old G4 Mac Mini and my old Windows PC. Also, big-ass Sun monitor. Was going to connect it to a much smaller LCD panel, but I decided I wanted the big screen, high resolution, and surface area that the Sun gave me.

(On the screen is a scan of a picture I took of Leslie when she was here)

The finished product. Jesse and I installed a 50" Samsung plasma display in the conference room at work. We've got a shiny new Mac mini driving it. It's a brand new display so we have the brightness and contrast turned way down to prevent burn in. Hence the less than spectacular image quality.

If only it were staying. Last night the husband went to the Apple store to buy a Mac mini...for his parents (his Dad, especially, seems unable to operate the PC they currently posess). It's all so very...mini.

Long view --this is a Toshiba 37 inch 1080p LCD HD TV

great way to start my sunday morning..coffee...charging my mini..getting on the macmini..listening to some rockin music to wake myself up.. and checking out great photos on flickr...

My iPad, fast, and easy to use ;)

my Mac Mini home server at the Apple store for service. Ltd. edition, white label only 100 copies pressed on virgin 180g virgin vinyl, hand numbered at Hardwax records in Berlin. Grooves run inside-out, reverse edit locked grooves. Possibly hand etched cryptic messages by the ghost of ron murphy (r.i.p.) at NSC, possibly breathed on by mark and moritz in a gray concrete bunker at some point. masters destroyed, will never be repressed, OMG OMG

Old Mini; retired after 5 Years of continues work. Still 100% okay. Some dots on the white Keyboard are just pizzapieces from the last Years ;D

Pimp my Desk !

And pimp all what U can ! ;-)

Apple's Magic Trackpad - I was little hesitant getting this puppy, but all my friends with MacBooks are recommending it me. Glad I listened to them. The multi gestures from MacBooks are also on the Trackpad, with that said, transition was peace of cake :)

Around the first of the year, the boy's workstation got upgraded. His grandparents gave him the desk, and I gave him my old Mac Mini and LCD monitor. His time is divided pretty equally between the Mini (where he surfs Star Trek Wikis, Google Street View, and watches movies over iTunes) and drawing. He draws a little on the computer, too, as I bought him a license for Acorn. Oh, and he also uses Lego Digital Designer to build all sorts of amazing stuff on the Mini.

Taking apart my G4 Mac Mini for a RAM upgrade. Rear view.

We've finally gotten our place a bit more in order.

The tv is showing a screensaver of random pictures from my girlfriend's collection.

Its not very tidy at the mo, but I can't be arsed to tidy it.

Creative Inspire T12 Speakers, they sound very impressive for their small size. The Apple online store ran a special on them for Black Friday, $20 off and free shipping, so I got them for $50 :)

Closeup of the MP3Car.com's 700TSV touch screen installed in the center console. Plans are in place to purge the housing of it's brushed aluminum bezel... but you'll have to wait to see it.

Onscreen is Google Earth running Earth Bridge... and Winamp Playing mp3s in the foreground.

Why you might ask? Because MP3Car.com has yet to honor it's $50off coupon for Streetdeck for my September order. :(
