I didn't want to upload them all so i just put them togather in one collection =) I hope you like it.
Today has been good, very very good. I took so many photos and I'm so excited to start uploading them. I'm taking some more tomorrow :)
I actually have a reason to smile again.
Baked by my lovely daughter Holly. I just did the easy work, taking photos and eating them!! They were rather delicious.
The macaroons were easy...the cellophane bags were a real pain. The bags measure a bit less than 1 inch I think.
Nothing like an hour to kill and 6 macaroons. All macaroons were harmed with intent after this photo shoot.

I'm running a little behind on my 52 Weeks project. I'm in the process of moving right now and it's stressing me out....going to try to get caught up as soon as possible.

I've never had French macaroons before, but I found some yesterday in a local shop that specialises in French bread and treated myself to a few. So far I've eaten the orange one
which was apricot flavoured. It was gorgeous!
They're sitting on a beautiful Royal Albert Crown China sandwich plate that I inherited.
These were my second attempt at French macaroons. The first batch were a bit of a disaster. I managed to salvage about a quarter of them.
This time they came out perfectly! I'm so pleased. They're vanilla and rose flavour.
