A sad month for MacAddicts. MacAddict magazine has ceased to exist and has become MacLife. WTF IS THAT? Man, I got my issue in the mail and thumbed through it, total crapola. I'm so saddened. It's like pandering to the idiot consumer. I saw this copy at Fry's that has like a peel away sticker to reveal the new name. What happened to the good ole' days when it was real hard core, when you had an ex-con as editor in chief. Max if you can here me, let's take back the magazine! Viva La Revolucion!

This is an unintentional copycat of macaddict's shot from a few days ago. I guess great minds think a like.

Fact: I still remember seeing my first Mac. It was my freshman year of college (1984) and it was hidden in the back of our computer cluster near an old printer. I remember thinking "aw that's cute. look at the little pictures. too bad you can't do any real work on it."

Doing an experiment at home with food coloring. Saw this on Macaddict's page. I still need more practice with my strobe lights and setup to get better picts.

Interesting to see the raw speed test. The M1 did better in Metal than the Mac Mini M4. I’m assuming disk speed still helps with the speed test but 32 gpus on the m1 compared to 10 on the m4 definitely makes a difference.
