Not really a TRUE mod, but I did take off all the plastic, "stole" the handles from a Power Mac G4 Quicksilver, and added a few more things. I like it because it gives it a more G5-ish look/industrial-looking machine. Thats a Saleen S7 on top and that green Newton is an eMate 300. Vintage ROCKS!

Swapped handles with Quicksilver PM G4
512 MB RAM (originally 128 MB)
Running Mac OS X v.10.4 "Tiger" Server
Added extra PC fans (fairly quiet, though)
Added 2 10/100 Ethernet PCI cards
Added 6-port USB 2.0 PCI card
BNSF SD70MACs 8814 & 9737 have picked up MRL SD70ACes 4313 & 4300 for front end help on a unit coal train they will soon depart Helena, MT with on June 8, 2008.

Después de 3 años y 7 meses de funcionamiento ininterrumpido como mediacenter (debo haberlo apagado un par de veces durante no más de una hora en total) tocaba abrir el mac mini, actualizar memoria, disco duro y limpieza a fondo. Lo he desmontado totalmente, lo he limpiado concienzudamente, le he cambiado las tiras de cinta kapton y lo he vuelto a montar con el hardware actualizado. Ahora llevará Leopard. ¡Y que dure otros 3 años por lo menos de mediacenter!

Circa 1986
A primitive keyboard-driven "personal computer" like this one allowed Capt. Montgomery Scott to "invent" transparent aluminum during his visit to San Francisco in 1986, which in turn made it possible to rescue a pair of Humpback whales from Earth's past.
The micro MAC haul I did the other. I got Style Minx Lipglass and Pink Pearl pigment. Believe it or not this is the first MAC pigment I've ever bought lol
