Enjoying the views in Essaouira
Essaouira is protected by a natural bay partially shielded by wave action by the Iles Purpuraires. A broad sandy beach extends from the harbour south of Essaourira, at which point the Oued Ksob discharges to the ocean; south of the discharge lies the archaeological ruin, the Bordj El Berod.[1] The Canary Current is responsible for the generally southward movement of ocean circulation and has led to enhancement of the local fishery.[2] The village of Diabat lies about five kilometres south of Essaouira, immediately south of the Oued Ksob.
Essaouria connects to Safi to the north and to Agadir to the south via the N1 road and to Marrakech to the east via the R 207 road. There is a small airport some 7-8 km away from the town, which schedules several flights a week to Casablanca.
The Medina of Essaouira (formerly "Mogador") is a UNESCO World Heritage Listed city, as an example of a late 18th century fortified town, as transferred to North Africa.
The fishing harbour, suffering from the competition of Agadir and Safi remains rather small, although the catches (sardines, conger eels) are surprisingly abundant due to the coastal upwelling generated by the powerful trade winds and the Canaries Current.
There are only a handful of modern purpose-built hotels within the walls of the old city. The medina is home to many small arts and crafts businesses, notably cabinet making and 'thuya' wood-carving (using roots of the Tetraclinis tree), both of which have been practised in Essaouira for centuries.
Essaouira is also renowned for its kitesurfing and windsurfing, with the powerful trade wind blowing almost constantly onto the protected, almost waveless, bay. Several world-class clubs rent top-notch material on a weekly basis.
Parasols tend to be used on the beach as a protection against the wind and the blowing sand. Camel excursions are available on the beach and into the desert band in the interior.
Essaouira is the site of an annual pilgrimage to the grave of Rabbi Chaim Pinto, whose home and synagogue are preserved as an historic and religious site, the Chaim Pinto Synagogue. The Simon Attias Synagogue is also still standing.

"I need you boo, I gotta see you boo
And the hearts all over the world tonight
Said the hearts all over the world tonight
I need you boo, I gotta see you boo
And the hearts all over the world tonight
Said the hearts all over the world tonight
Hey! Little mama, oh, you a stunna'
Hot, lil' figure, yes, you a winner
And I'm so glad to be yours,
You're a class all your own
And, oh, little cutie, when you talk to me
I swear, the whole world stops, you're, my sweetheart
And I'm so glad that you are mine, you are one of a kind
And you mean to me what I mean to you and together baby
There is nothing we won't do
'Cause if I got you, I don't need money
I don't need cars, girl, you're my all
And oh! I'm into you, and girl, no, one else would do
'Cause with every kiss and every hug
You make me fall in love
And now I, no I can't be the only one
I bet his heart's all over the world tonight
With the love of his life who feel
What I feel when I'm with you, with you, with you, with you, with you girl
With you, with you, with you, with you, with you
Oh girl! I don't want nobody else
Without you, there's no one left then
You're like Jordan's on Saturday
I gotta have you and I cannot wait now
Hey! little shawty, say, you care for me
You know, I care for you, you know, that I'll be true
You know, that I won't lie, you know, that I would try
To be your everything yeah
'Cause if I got you, I don't need money
I don't need cars, girl, you're my all
Oh!
With you, with you, with you, with you, with you
And I, will never try to deny
'Cause you are my whole life
And if you ever let me go
I would die so I won't front
I don't need another woman
I just need your all and nothing
'Cause if I got that
And I'll be straight
Baby, you're the best part of my day
I need you boo, I gotta see you boo
And the hearts all over the world tonight
Said the hearts all over the world tonight
I need you boo, I gotta see you boo
And the hearts all over the world tonight
Said the hearts all over the world tonight
Oh! I'm into you, and girl, no, one else would do

My Take on the Game Character Pinocchio from Lies of P
The whole idea was from The Pinocchio skin made by the talented Miu Littlepaws. maker of Utopia skins. From there was quite the hunt for all the things used to make Pinocchio come to life. I hope I did the Character proud. My hope is Walton Wainwright someday might make a tailcoat either mod so can remove a sleeve or one where they are removable so I might show off his Prosthetic Arm in full which does show on Pinocchio game character. Shot @ The Looking-Glass sim , perfect backdrop for this shoot. Im glad I got him done as starting tomorrow , Im on deck to begin shooting Fantasy Faire as I have for many years and again am honored to do it again this year. Suecia - Smogen

ENGLISH
Smögen is a locality situated in Sotenäs Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It is one of the liveliest "summer towns" of the Swedish west coast.
The community actually straddled several islands that lay so close together that the space in between has since been filled, and is now considered as a single island. The southern part consists mostly of Smögen Island, which lies in the centre. Around this lies to the south Kleven, in the northwest Sandön, and in the northeast, Hasselön. The town is connected to the neighbouring town Kungshamn by Smögenbron (Smögen Bridge).
Smögen is mentioned for the first time towards the end of the 16th century. The name of the community has varied over the years; amongst other names, from "Smögit", "Smöenn", "Smöget" and "Smygesund". The name has probably come from the Swedish word smyghål, which translates as "sneak-hole" or "nook", referring to the narrow inlet between the Smögen island and where the harbour lies. Around the 17th century, the island Hasselön was populated, and through the years this community has grown together with Smögen, and is today considered a part of the Smögen community.
In modern times, Smögen is well known for its long, wooden pier, about 600 m (2,000 ft), filled with shops in old fishing huts, which are frequented by a multitude of tourists during the summer. Smögen is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Swedish west coast, well known for its fish, prawns and other seafood, and one of Sweden's few fish markets is located here. There is also an extensive nightlife scene, with many bars, clubs and concert venues open during the summer.

Gallatin National Forest, Montana. White lies all around me. Knee deep on the ground, drifted, crusted, sparkling cold. Wind blown and stuccoed to the needles and branches of every fir tree from here to the valley so far below. White lies in shades of itself. From the grays of shadows all the way to the silver on the forest, spread before me like an audience, and in degrees to the mirror-flash white of reflected sun. I could pretend I worked my way up to this spot by persistence and hard labor on snow shoes or skis. Truth is, I have come by snow sled up the twisting trails, stopping where the opportunity strikes me to fire up my camera. I could also lie a little and say what a fine time this is. But the facts are, it's cold this early in the morning, and my fingers get clumsy fast. Even a slight wind cuts into every exposed skin surface. I curse strongly as I handle cold metal on camera and tripod, and the time it takes to set up a vertical format panorama shot. And wipe my continually fogging glasses to see. But it's a labor of love I guess. Love has all kinds of lies, I've found. Lying to yourself that you're accomplishing something. Lying to yourself that you have to suffer a little to get something meaningful. Little white lies to pretend something is perfect when it's not. Harmless. Until they're not, until they're dark secrets and painful cuts. Like everything, I look back and forget the truth. That it was cold and frustrating. I made it look better in photoshop...in retrospect so to say. A lot of white lies in front of the lens...I'll leave the rest to the professionals.
They're lying, we know they're lying, they know we know they're lying, but they keep lying...
