Shot with my P45 digital back ( on H2 ) so it is good for at least A3 in 300 DPI . Vivitar 283 has been used for short flash duration .
Alot of cleaning . Probably 100 tries .
I have used a laser trigger as my timing is not so good .

Asian rice noodles are the quickest way to satisfy a carb craving. Simply hydrate with boiling water and they're ready in about 5 1/2 minutes. A simple sauce coats the noodles with flavor that's slightly sweet, slightly salty and slightly pungent. Add sauteed shrimp, sliced chicken or vegetables and dinner is on the table in less than 10 minutes. Amazing.

This meal is certainly nutrition-packed. Dark, leafy greens like collards are a good source of vitamins A and C, beta-carotene, calcium and fiber. And the shortened cooking time left the greens tender, but still with a nice bite. I found tossing them during cooking with tongs made for even cooking.

Man, this was good! Granted I had to take TWO lactaid pills in order to eat it (and my tummy still got a little upset), but it was SO worth it.

Terrason Organics Low Fat Chicken Gravy.
RECIPE: Cook brown rice in chicken broth. On the side, sauté minced garlic and shallots in olive oil until golden brown. Add diced chicken sausage and cook until done. Put all in blender; add more chicken stock to likening. Add white pepper, Himalayan sea salt and thyme. Pour back in stock pot and simmer on low heat while stirring repeatedly. Integrate some low-fat organic sour cream to desired thickness. Ready to serve.
