Looking down on Lost Man Lake (12450') from the same unnamed pass (12820') as that in the Independence Lake picture (opposite side obviously).

Also known at times as the "Queen Caroline of Hungary", this enduring public house - set in a run of buildings that mostly date from the 1500s, and one of many pubs and beer houses in the area - stopped serving in late 1913, when its licence was surrendered under the temperance-inspired brewery compensation scheme.

Today its premises are home to this elegant florist's shop, adjacent to Queen of Hungary Yard, on Saint Benedicts St in Norwich.

I am not posting to groups or anything... just trying to get back to posting at all.. This is my spot of color, fence friday post... Took a ferry to Whidbey Island about 6 weeks ago... not sure why I shot a picture of this.. but I like the color.. the fence.. the raindrops on the window.. and I liked getting out and about... I think I was one of only 5 or so people who got out of their car and walked around the boat.. AND speaking of rain.. while the most of you are sweltering... we here in the Pacific Northwest.. West of the Cascade Mountains.. are still hoping for 2 sunny days in a row.. and I have had to turn the heat on to take the chill out of the house this week...

It's supposed to be a Tiajuana flavored (lime) version of normal lost. I really like this one.

Hint: Cadillacs = Tiajuana (apparently)

Found this lost dog on the corner of a nearby street. Caught my attention cuz he looks like Rusty. He walked around with me while barking all the while. Finally a neighbor came out and pointed me to the owner's house. Safe and sound.
