Sentier des Cimes (the Trail of the Peaks) treetop walk is a unique way to discover the Laurentians from the forest canopy. From the visitor centre, there is a 1 KM walk along an elevated path that winds through the forest at the level of the treetops, and ending at an observation tower that rises 40m (equivalent to a 12-storey building) above the forest to offer a stunning bird’s eye view of the Laurentian forests and mountains.

abandoned stone quarry

I've become a little obsessed with power lines lately. I seem to have quite a lot of photos on my camera card with power lines, posts and even shoes hanging from them like sneakery tightrope walkers (or tightrope hangers, really).
