I wanted a little man in front, with my own parents in mind for this (my Momma passed 14 years ago)...but the little old lady and her finger won me over. I also wanted this a bit sharper, but I guess this adds to the dreaminess. ;)

Active Assignment Weekly March 2 - 9: Double Exposure
WIT: Since my camera has the ability to do double exposure in-camera, I thought I would try it for this assignment. Took the picture of me first, then took a picture of a picture on my wall of Japanese handkerchiefs. There happened to be a vase of dried flowers nearby, so I took advantage of that too. The window is actually a reflection off the glass of the picture. In post, just a crop to 8 by 10, and a very slight tweaking of colour.
I actually took these pics at the beginning of last year but never got around to posting them as I took way too may pictures during the ‘shoot’ so I procrastinated having to sort through them until now. That and at the time I wasn’t really happy with how the shots turned out. But I’m happy with them now after tweaking the lighting/saturation a tad.
