The dumpster behind my business has a lovely lock on the outside. Too bad that it can't lock anything since the plastic lid was burnt off a really long time ago.

Lock and Dam 5 on the Upper Mississippi River in Minnesota City, Minn., has been dewatered this winter to allow the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, to complete major maintenance work on it.
