I have started Messing with panoramic photography.. only getting used to the ae-lock etc on my d200 I am impressed with the detail to which photoshop put the 8-pictures together. I forget my 10-20mm sigma lens at home either reducing the shots to 2 or even 1-pic and then I might have tried to Over and under expose the photographs wich in theory would have probably still resulted in me taking approx 9 pics any way .. oh well.. try, test and step back .. insults welcome.

It's not often that I stand around wishing for a crowbar, but I did that day, and wanted to break off that lock and let the people inside. Of course, if I'd done that, I'd probably be writing this from an Irish jail...

This photo was taken at the east end of old Lock 58 in Newark, NY. This view is looking west down the north chamber. This is one of the three Enlarged Erie locks which were located in Newark around 1841. This one was the middle lock. Located off Route 31 on Lyons Street in Newark, NY.

This is Allington Lock on the Medway in Kent, I spent a good few hours playing with this as I get critical comments from my wife and friends about the use of HDR. Well, I tried just using photoshop elements on this picture and decided they are wrong!

Took this for a 75-150 E Series set. I'd forgotten how good this lens is and soooo cheap! Unlike the over sharpened horses pic this looks ok large.
