It was a busy day at the office; I was training people all day. There's nothing like a day of training people to remind yourself what your weakness are when it comes to the job.
Lots of questions and some had to go unanswered, but that's okay because I'll figure out the answers and share the knowledge tomorrow.
I find training people to be exhausting but it's also a great way to figure out what I need to work on, and where to build.
I believe it was Albert Einstein who said "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." and I agree with this line of thought and strive to follow it when it comes to teaching people.
Hope everyone has had a good day.

Я неоднократно проходил этот комплекс ,выросший вокруг старых зданий!
Ощущение когда попадаешь туда - ВЗАПЕРТИ!
В этот раз я нашёл -таки ракурс и сюжет!

We are looking for a palette!
I have repeatedly passed this complex, which grew up around old buildings!
The feeling when you get there is LOCKED UP!
This time I finally found the angle and the plot!

Garston Lock sits on the Kennet & Avon canal (or more correctly, the river Kennet navigation) just outside Reading. It was built around 1718 - 1723 by engineer John Hore of Newbury, and is now a scheduled ancient monument. Garston Lock is one of only two remaining turf-sided locks on the Kennet and Avon canal, the other being Monkey Marsh lock at Thatcham. Early locks were often turf-sided as they were quicker and cheaper to build than a full masonry construction, but were eventually superseded by brick sided locks, due to various problems with the turf-sided variety.
A freighter passing through Miraflores Lock, Panama Canal, Panama.
Only small crafts are allowed to pass through the locks unassisted. Larger craft are guided by electric towing locomotives, which operate on cog tracks on the lock walls and serve to keep the ships centred in the lock.
Many thanks to all those who view, fav or comment my pictures. It is much appreciated.
