Loading steel Pandrol sleepers at Conara Junction. The sleepers were purchased by the Derwent Valley Railway from TasRail with the intent of being used in the Derwent Valley line.
I hoped to see more human-powered heavy loads, but really didn't see as many as I hoped, and got decent photographs of even fewer.

The cab, tray, front loader and engine are all removable and could be swapped out for different ones once I build the alternatives.
Uyghur man named Sattor Yimet (60 years old) works in one of the big warehouses in Urumqi city. He carries about 5 tonn goods and loads to truck everyday. In a month he picks around 150 tonn wares and gets 300 USD salary.
The ferry to Honiara makes a brief stop at Noro....Brief my be an understatement! The boat didn't even stop moving yet managed to load this entire group.... Now that's teamwork!

JRA's "Paddle America's Founding River" program builds confidence, skills, and knowledge about river ecology, history, and recreation. These are field trips for school groups that not only get kids outside, but are built around curriculum goals for Virginia's Standards of Learning.
A stack train is stopped while a trainload of turbine windmill parts rolls past. I can't believe how big the generators are that sit on top of the poles! The blades are also huge, spanning over two flatcars.

So I don't know that I totally compared & contrasted...but I tried to in my journaling.
I've got a good guy...and he's definitely an original.
This is the same crazy size as the others, 6.5 x 11.
The top rose picture is elevated with pop dots. It's one of my favorite pictures!
Journaling reads:
"Jon bought me this yellow rose when we "officially" started dating.
We quickly dubbed it "the love fern".
He could have bought red or white-
but he bought yellow.
He could have gotten a dozen-
but he got one.
He could have done nothing-
but that's not him.
Unbeknownst to me, he pressed the rose so it could live forever.
My little love fern. :)
